[1600 px] In 1991, in the midst of Homeland war, pilot of Croatian descent Rudolf Perešin escaped Yugoslav National Army and flew this aircraft from Željava airbase to Klagenfurt (KLU), Austria, refusing to shoot at his own people. 28 years later the plane has returned from Zeltweg to Croatia, and prior to being moved to museum which is still to be built, it has temporarily been placed outside the Ministry of Defense building in Zagreb.
