At the time these classics were used frequently by Biman into LHR however as the years have gone by they can no longer make the trip efficiently and now sit idle at Biman's base awaiting the inevitable scrap mans visit. Sad to see the last scheduled passenger carrier for the DC-10 take such a decision. Good bye DC-10 you will be missed by many.

Hi Sam - nice capture. In deed we never took notice of them when they were regular and now I know so many guys are desperate to get one last shot, including me. I heard that they might keep hold of a couple for a few more years to provide extra capacity when needed. However it is very unlikely that they will be seen on these shores. Well done.
