Rare low res photo of the real RAN A-4G Skyhawk N13-154906 Code 885 (with a 'Buddy' Refuel Tank) refuelling TA-4G Code 880 (N13-154911) over the Nowra runway. Photo taken during a NAS Nowra Open Day in May 1980. The A-4G aircraft, Delivered in Nov 1967, wears a two-tone grey camouflage paint scheme, while the TA-4G in off-white livery. N13-154906 crashed off HMAS Melbourne 200 km South-West of Colombo in October 1980, due to ship catapult failure. The A-4 with Code 885 displayed in the Museum of Flight at NAS Nowra is an ex-USN aircraft painted to represent N13-154906 (Code 885). Apologies for quality.
