Notes:

A totally crazy day, spotting all day in the city of Latacunga with the DGAC Beechcraft 350 and hours later having a race against the clock by land from Cotopaxi Airport to Mariscal Sucre in Quito to take this photo. This would be the first time that a C-17, other than those of the USAF, lands at Quito. Landing in slow motion for training, with a stunning sunset from San José, Costa Rica as CFC3627. The next day it departed towards Panama Pacifico and then to St. Maarten. I am immensely grateful to my friend Joseph Cervantes and his father for their help that day.
