Exported to Afghanistan in 1937, the wreck of this aircraft was found in a Kabul scrap yard by a patrol of the 132nd Field Artillery Regiment "Ariete", was brought to Italy in 2006 along with the remains of other Afghan Ro. 37 bis and restored. The example is displayed in the light ivory khaky livery of the 110° Squadriglia from Addis Ababa, used by the Duke Amadeus of Aosta, whose Viceroy insigna it bears.
