Aurora Borealis en-route Anchorage to Chicago O'Hare. Even with no geomagnetic storms (KP2), Northern Lights were visible for most (~85%) of the flight. My 1st time on this aircraft type. I chose this long detour to ORD while traveling ANC-SMF to be closer to the auroral oval. Big dipper on the upper left, small British Colombia towns on the lower right.
