This bird flew from Novosibirsk-Tolmachevo to Novosibirsk-Berdsk airfield in 1978 and is preserved at its perimeter since (was to be the first aircraft for a proposed museum which did not materialise). Restoration started in 2009 and a significant amount of work has already been done. Deepest respect and gratitude to those who work every year to restore this Tu-104.
