[Full HD/1920px] My picture #4200 in JetPhotos database! Some days are just truly special, and that one really was the case! My friend and pilot José Miguel Silva invited me for an Air-2-Air photo session featuring this sleek vintage motor glider, a SF.25C Falke with a 60hp Limbach engine, mono-wheel version and 15-meter long wingspan, which is now based in Braga (LPBR). Falke is the German word for “Falcon”. I was onboard CS-XCC, a ICP Savannah with its right door removed in order to get my shots with the best possible quality. Routing was Braga > Ponte de Lima > Viana do Castelo > Esposende > Braga and during this 2-hour flight I had the privilege to get some absolutely incredible photographs from the so-called “Bird’s-eye view”, or shall I say “Falke’s view”? This picture was taken while D-KAET was about to overfly the threshold of runway 25 for its full-stop landing. Also special thanks to Miguel Viana, the pilot of the Falke who contributed a lot for the success of this photo shooting. Stay safe, guys!
