[Full HD/1920px] An overview of Cascais Aerodrome (CAT/LPCS) taken onboard Piper PA-28R-200 Cherokee Arrow CS-AFU whilst we were on the right base leg of runway 17 for a low approach during a short local flight. Some parishes and villages are able to be seen, such as São Domingos de Rana, Oeiras and Carcavelos. On the left of the frame there's Bugio Lighthouse, situated on an island in the estuary of the River Tagus on the Fort of São Lourenço do Bugio. On the top of the photo, from left to right, it's visible part of the Fossil Cliff of Costa de Caparica protected landscape, Meco beach and Cape Espichel in the far end.
