'Yellow 6' was on the strength of II/JG 400, part of Luftflotte Reich. II Gruppe moved from Brandis to Salzwedel, then Nordholz and finally Husum to end the war. The Komet was shipped to England as a war prize, moving between RAF establishments and being put on public display before ending up in the Science Museum.
