Photo taken from the Gold Pass grandstand at the Warbirds Over Wanaka (WOW) 2016 Airshow. The Buchon, transported to Wanaka for WOW 2016 by John Romain of the Aircraft Restoration Company (ARC) at Duxford UK, was also expertly flown by John during the three-day airshow. This aircraft, the major ‘Drawcard’ for the Airshow, featured prominently on the cover of the Airshow Program. (This HA1112 MIL Buchon has a Rolls Royce Merlin 500-45 engine installed.) G-AWHK also ‘starred’ at the WOW 2018 Airshow, wearing Code Black 2.
