EC-BBT Preserved front Aeroclub San Augustin - El Berriel. The plane exhibited, a DC- 7C model, was the last of a series of 350 units of the type of propeller - driven aircraft. In 1958, the plane was acquired by the company Swissar and it was intended to fly non - stop services to the U.S.A. In 1961, it was sod to Scandinavian Airlines Services (SAS); homewere, it was only put into service when acquired by Japan Airlines (JAL), for Tokyo - San Francisco and Tokyo - Los Angeles routes, via Honolulu.
