If I remember correctly, only twice this pax Tu204 came to YYZ ever. Their TACA leased A320 leases expired, so they were scrambling to find new leases which eventually ended up as Avion Express. In those few days of chaos Cubana sent their Soviet metal over here. I'd imagine it took some paperwork as well. Seen in the morning on finals for rwy 24R.
