The Ashburton Museum has only the forward fuselage of this aircraft on display (which is mounted on a trailer), acquired in late 2005. Canberra WH134 was an Royal Aircraft Establishment example (wearing ‘Raspberry Ripple’ livery ), which made history when it was used in the first UK jet air-to-air refuelling trials, successfully topping up an English Electric Lightning. It was in pristine, near-concours condition when it was cut up. (Ref: Museum website.)
