Close-cropped oblique view of the Flight Deck of preserved Trans Australia Airlines (TAA) DC-9-31 Digital Flight Simulator VH-TSD at Moorabbin Airport YMMB. Photo taken on 30Dec2005 at the Moorabbin Aviation Museum (MAM), now renamed as the Australian National Aviation Museum (ANAM). Note ‘DC-9 Cockpit Checklists’ on the Control Yokes. This Simulator, Marked as VH-TSD, was Built in the 1960s, and was sophisticated training equipment at the time. The machine, which moved on pneumatic jacks, was donated to the MAM by the Museum of Victoria. (Ref: ANAM display data.) Low res photo (Sony F717).
