The helo was on static display at the 2015 Avalon Australian International Airshow. Photo taken in dull overcast conditions, after a sprinkle of rain – typical Melbourne weather. The RAN is acquiring 24 ‘Romeos’ under Project AIR 9000 Phase 8. This Type is replacing the existing S70B-2 Seahawks operated by the RAN.
