When this picture was taken, I found this classic beauty partially scrapped on top of a private hill close to the public road between Mexico city and Taxco. Probably she was preserved by a rich aviation enthusiast. I'm really curious how she get this final location since there are not active runways near this place.

The plane was bought many years ago by Joan Sebastian, a Mexican singer, but it looks like it never got the engines installed. It sat in a hangar at MMMX and then outside for years.
Great catch Roby. Very interesting indeed, I would love to know too. With the wings intact, road transport is not likely either. Unless of course if they took them off and then put them back on again. Even that would be an achievement in a remote location. Thanks for sharing this beauty.
