BG079 bound for Dhaka heavily delayed and after the rain stopped. In 2014 Biman Bangladesh, as the last scheduled passenger operator of the DC-10, finally bid farewell to the type. Their classic cheatline livery combined with the DC-10’s classic tri-jet looks constantly produced great photos, and I was quite fortunate to have photographed S2-ACR in dramatic conditions like this. Over the years starting from the late 80s, they operated a total of 8 DC-10s.
