New Australian-assembled F/A-18B Hornet A21-103 in 2OCU livery at RAAF Base Williamtown, during the Hornet Facilities Opening Ceremony on 05Jun1985. The First GAF-built RAAF Dual Seat Hornet was on static display with Mirage IIIO (F/A) A3-53 in 77 Squadron markings and a Squirrel helicopter. This photo includes the Tiger Head (Unit logo) on the 2OCU fin flash. RAAF Hornets started replacing Mirages in May 1985. Low res photo.
