Notes:

My favourite aircraft of all time...! This one was built by GAF Avalon and delivered to the RAAF on 25 January 1967. Allocated to 2 OCU and later 75 Squadron. Retired in June 1987 and preserved at the RAAF Museum, Point Cook, in the personal markings of Wing Commander W.A. 'Bill' Evans, CO 75 Squadron and fitted with a dummy nose-cone. Eagle-eyed viewers will also note a tiny camper van 'kill marking' stencilled below the cockpit! The starboard wing-tip hit a van whilst the aircraft was being transported by road.
