VASP, Viação Aérea São Paulo, created in 1932 and privatized in 1990, apparently fell in bad hands... after ambitious expansion in the 90s the airline became gradually smaller from year 2000 with severe financial and safety problems which finally led to the closure in 2005. This 737 belonged to the airline, some parts were cannibalized to maintain other aircraft airworthy and it now lays abandoned in Congonhas airport. Delivered in 1969 to PSA.
