Close cropped Wing View taken through the Stbd blister window of Consolidated PBY-5A Catalina ZK-PBY Cn CV-357 (Marked as NZ4017) during a Scenic flight from Wanaka - during the Warbirds Over Wanaka 2010 Airshow. The aircraft is heading for Lake Wanaka at low level - the flight included 'skimming' over Lake Wanaka. I was lucky to have gone on a twenty minute flight in this aircraft on Sunday 04Apr2010. My scheduled flight at 1200 hours was cancelled, but was re-instated for a 1600 hrs take-off on the final day of the airshow.
