Airborne 'Wing View' of Melbourne's Tullamarine Airport (YMML) taken from QantasLink Dash8-Q315 VH-TQE after departure for a 1 hour flight to Canberra (YSCB) in 2005. A blade of the Dash 8's propeller (and engine cowl on the Stbd wing) are visible at top right. The International and Domestic Terminals are at center-left, behind Runways 09/27, and 16/34 (in foreground.) The City of Melbourne is visible in the background. This is a similar view to one I took of Tullamarine in 1976 from Reg Ansett's Bell 206A VH-AND. Comparison of the two photos is interesting.
