So there we were, me and fellow spotter Aalok Gaitonde, camera gear packed away. Rucksacks on our backs, walking back to the car. When Aalok spots an aircraft on the approach, he said, it's ok its looks like something small. So we carried on walking, I looked again and we both shouted IT'S PIA. We both went for our cameras. Being a professional, I had my camera ready within seconds but we were at the crash gate. I stuck the lens through a small hole in the fence and fired off 4 shots. The result of one is above. Aalok still won't forgive me.......
