Rare view of near-new East-West Airlines F28-4000 VH-EWC Cn 11207 on the tarmac at Maroochydore, on Christmas Eve 1984 (24Dec1984), helping to get passengers home for Christmas. I flew from Mascot Sydney (YSSY) to YBMC in VH-EWC that day - a 1.4 hour flight. This Fellowship was ex Fokker PH-EXX, and entered service with East-West on 21Sep1984 named 'Basil Brown'. She went to Ansett NSW on 21Oct1990 and to Ansett Express on 29Oct1990. Low res photo.
