It is just "PZL-104 Wilga 35". PZL was a state company with couple factories / assembly plants, including one in Warsaw (Okecie district). Number "35" means that it's version for aero clubs with tow hook for gliders. BTW. Wilga means Golden Oriole :-) cheers
