Notes:

Apparently oneworld management are about to decide to make their member airlines paint some of their aircraft in oneworld colours, the same way that Star Alliance management stipulate that their member airlines do. Although the final decision on the scheme has yet to be decided, this Finnair A340 apparently is a good clue.
