MiG-15 from 4th production batch of version bis in Vodochody factory (Aero S.103) was at the beginning on 1st June 1956 delivered to 8. slp (fighter air regiment) at Praha-Kbely. Then reportedly changed units at Sliac, Hradcany and Prerov. After modification to combat version bisSB equipped with four racks for pod armament served since 1970 until his decommission in 1982 with 30. sbolp (fighter-bomber air regiment) at Hradec Kralove. 3255 was one of last flying "15s" in Czechoslovakia Air Force.
