Notes:

After a huge explosion parts of the left engine hit the buttom side of the plane and destroyed the fuselage. There where wholes in the concrete discovered several feet away which were caused by this accident. Today this 767 is used as scrapyard and will never fly out of LAX again on its own in one piece.
