I think this is a clear cut example that 'heat distortion' should be thrown out as a rejection reason! This is obviously an 'Obstructing Object'. I'm just kidding (Not really! };>)... it's a beautiful shot and I'm glad to see it. I don't see snow too often and certainly not when the sun is shinning.
