Notes:

A TAA - Airlines of New Guinea DC-3C (Named 'Mount Hagen') at Mount Hagen Airport in March 1975. This photo pre-dates Independence. It was still the Territory of Papua New Guinea (TPNG) then. The aircraft was A65-29 in RAAF service in WWII. Surprisingly, VH-SBL is still operating in Australia in 2008. I photographed her at Nowra in May 2005, and did a 0.3 hour joyflight in the aircraft from Nowra on 26Jan1996. Low res photo.
