For anyone interested in spotting at PHX. I discovered the following location over the weekend on 16th street and Mohave Street. It is a park called "Barrios Unidos Park" If you walk all the way to the south of the park, just sit down on the grass and you will see arrivals on RWY7L/R go right over your head. Arrivals/departures on RWY 8 are also easy to spot with a 400mm lens. This bird was on short finals for RWY7L.
