Rome Airshow 2007. Taxiing back to the ramp after a Midway Battle reenactment. This was one of the two Avengers that performed. In August of 1995, to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the end of WWII, the USS Carl Vinson sailed to Pearl Harbor with a group of old warbirds on her. This Avenger was one of them and it performed a rolling takeoff while pointed into the wind from her flight deck.
