After trying on a boat with waves at last year's S.F. FleetWeek, spent two days out on the edge of the San Francisco Bay looking for the subsonic Blue Angels solo "sneak pass" shot. Managed to nail a dozen or so good ones! Here's one of the interesting side pass shots. Also, my 1st photo here on JP!

First photo? Good job - although the Blue Angel in question seemed to be doing his best to stretch the definition of subsonic... I'll be guessing that the noise rocked you just a little.
