Notes:

Lufthansa’s eighteen 93-passenger Avro RJ85s are operated by subsidiary Citiline. The encircled crane tail logo was designed in 1918 by Professor Otto Firle for one of Lufthansa’s predecessors, and after 89 years is still an integral part of one of the most stylish and modern of all airline liveries. This RJ is seen departing Birmingham’s Runway 15 against a backdrop of the distinctive noise barrier earthworks. (400D, Sigma 80-400 & fluid-head tripod)
