Notes:

Hanging in the Lunken Airport Old Terminal building on a sunny afternoon is a Aeronca C-3 Master built right on the property in 1936 by Aeronautical Corp. of America. Cost was $1800 and weighed 575 Lbs. Note on both sides in the background are 2 hugh paintings from 1937. Art deco fixtures throughout the terminal and no AC to this date in the lobby. If you ever get a chance, be sure to stop by and step back in time to the 1930's. Walk out the back doors and the airfield is right there. The Sky Galley bar & restaurant is attached to the lobby and is just as old with lots of aviation history and collectibles on display. They have some great food too.
