Previously N944CD and now owned by TAA UK Ltd of Denham. The SR22 is a 310hp version of the 200hp SR20, a hairy fibreglass four-seater with an airframe parachute that ensures the fully-loaded aeroplane a safe descent in an appropriate emergency. However, unlined wing tanks do make a fire likely in the event of a crash landing. In 2004 the SR20 was the first aircraft certified for import by the new European Aviation Safety Agency.
