One of Air France-KLM Cityhopper’s 20 Fokker 100s operating Flight KL1429 from Amsterdam, arriving on Birmingham’s Runway 33 in the spring sunshine. The aircraft still wears the old colours, recently replaced by a new livery with a brighter blue top and a thinner cheat line in dark blue. Fokker had no real competition for this 100-seat F-28 update when it was introduced in 1983, but the A319 and new 737 versions clobbered it, and Fokker, in 1997.
