The EU has funded the Welsh Assembly Government to support a Public Service Obligation air service linking Cardiff and RAF Valley to promote the economic development of Anglesey. A terminal has been built, and today was the press launch to celebrate the award of contracts to Operon and Highland Airways for terminal operation and provision of the air service respectively. From 8 May, Highland Airways Jetstream flights will operate twice a day. (400D, Sigma 28-300 & fluid-head tripod)
