Hi Gigi. Thanks for kind comment. Yes, you see, if one day you will start taking photos, you too, will realise, like we photographers have known for a long time, that heat haze has nothing to do with February, or December or August or summer and winter. When you have the sun out on a warm day, beating down on the runway, you will have heat haze on photos (taken by proper equipment). But don't worry, take it step by step, you will maybe in time learn this basic thing. March 17, 2007

Gigi, one other first thing you should do, is, to "learn" the spots around "your own" airport ! The spot from where you thought a large aircraft does not fit in a 320mm, is infact about 200 meters or more from where the shot was taken ! (you can even fit it in 400mm from here). If you leave a contact option open you may be able to learn a few basic things from here before you post misinformed comments. Although I must give you credit where it is due. You did manage to have half the photographers on jp.net from around the world laughing out loud with that humourous An-22 comment ! All I can say about the comments of Gigi are as follows I think every one on JP aspires to take photos as good as Alans though I know I will never reach that standard all I can say Gigi is that jealousy is a terrible thing try converting that jealousy into a more constructive form and look and learn and one day you might just take a photo that is worthy of looking at.
