Notes:

The Britannia Aircraft Preservation Trust’s Britannia shortly before completion of re-painting in its former RAF colours, seen tinged pink by the setting sun. Its delivery from Transair Cargo in Africa to Kemble on 14 October 1997 was the last ever flight of a Britannia. The RAF Britannia fleet (99 and 511 Sqns) operated from Lyneham and then Brize Norton and was a feature of the local airspace for about twenty years.
