Notes:

This was the thirteenth F-104 off the line and is in fact a YF104A model. It was donated to the USAF Academy in 1967 after service with the Andrews AFB test program where is sat on a corner beside the chapel for many years. It was a frequent participant in Academy "Spirit Missions" where cadets would undertake high class pranks to show esprit de corps. It became fragile after a while and was eventually donated to the Pueblo Weisbrod Aircraft Museum. It was towed the 80 miles to Pueblo over back roads from the U.S. Air Force Academy.
