This is the aircraft that was and still is used for development and upgrades to the F-16 FCR. Although used for a variety of other research projects over the years, the F-16 FCR was the main purpose for the mod.

That nose-cone doesn't seem to belong there. Is it an experiment of some kind do you know? Anyway, it's a nice catch!
