DreamFlight is an organization that allows pilots and individuals the opportunity to fly and operate a Douglas DC-3. Dreamflight will train and type rate captains and first officer in their own DC-3 'Rose'. DreamFlight, in conjunction with TCM flew to several air shows / events in August and September. They made stops in between the shows at small towns and cities where the DC-3 has previously operated in airline service. They offered scenic rides for those who wanted to experience the thrill of flying in a DC-3 at these stops. Here 'Rose' is seen starting the long 2 month trip after gasing up. (Nikon D70)
