No this aircraft still has a flight engineer, there is a picture on the database of the FE's panel of this aircraft. I am not truly sure why they went to the digital tape system, perhaps a valiant effort to modernize the cockpit.

Nice shot. But why does this -200 has a new Engine Control Display right there in the middle. Is this -200 able to operate by two pilots?! I mean without a Flight Engineer?!
