This is the only plane that departed runway 22 - others in the background are shown waiting in line for 12R. I'm told flight#19 always uses this runway because it is longer (11000ft) which is necessary for this Tokyo-bound heavy jet. The smoke behind the plane is actually snow being blown off the edges of the runway!
