The first special coloured aircraft Cathay ever did, and what a nice one it was too! The Spirit Of Hong Kong 1997 was done to commemorate the handing over of Hong Kong back to Chinese rule from the British. Later, 747-400 B-HOX was painted up in a similar scheme but with playing kids projected on top of the skyline in 2000 to commemorate the millenium. Now the only special scheme we have is on 747-400 B-HOY, Asia's World City. Hopefully when Disneyland Hong Kong opens later this year there will be some special colours done!
