Looks good in this simple colour scheme! Has now been joined by LV-LZN, a 1972-build F28 which has led a long and eventful life with Aerolineas Argentinas (in special red & white colours!), the Argentine Air Force presidential group (as T-03) before being passed on to Paraná-based LAER in 2001, with whom I'm not sure she ever actually flew with. With LAER's bankruptcy, 'LZN' had no permit to fly, and spent all of 2002 and much of this year stored in a hangar in Paraná. It's good to know that now she has perhaps one more lease of life with American Falcon, and it seems to me that the F28 ages better than a B732 for example. I must say, there is something very special about Fokkers and its great to see them soldier on way past their 30th birthdays, as so many F28s and F27s are currently doing worldwide! July 13, 2003
