Cough cough. Engine start up. The smoke is a result of the onboard engine computer switching from one ignition circuit to the backup. The CFM engines have an A and B circuit. In the micro second it takes to switch, it dumps raw fuel in producing smoke. Normal for some Airbus to do this.
