15 minutes after aircraft took off a woman had a stroke. As an EMT I offered medical assistance to her. Later captain decided to return to HKIA. But aircraft must dump over 100,000 gallons of fuel before it can be safe landed. Here is the picture showing the fuel been dumped into South China Sea.
